Currently, I work closely with and on Connectomics, and on 3D medical image analysis.

Research Topics

My research interest lies in geometric deep learning with applications in (bio)medical image analysis. My latest research focuses on 3D registration and reconstruction in [ PyTC]. I also build robots for competition events and medical usage. [Check the robots I built. ]
